A. The risk of complaints can be avoided by covering the collector part of the solar water heater when it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Q. Can a solar water heater with normal gravity pressure be installed where a pressure pump is used?
A. Pressurized model is only recommended for those sites where pressure pump is installed. Hykon Pressurized model, Turbo+ water heaters are suitable for households which use a pressure pump and have TDS less than 300 PPM. This solar water heater comes with a unique double-layered stainless steel pressurized inner tank which can stand water pressure up to 4bar.
Q. How much does a solar water heater cost?
A. The cost varies depending on the size, type, and location. However, the initial investment is often offset by long-term savings on energy bills.
Q. Can a solar water heater provide hot water during winter?
A. Yes, but the efficiency may be reduced in colder climates. Many systems include auxiliary heating options for cloudy or cold days.
Q. How efficient is a solar water heater compared to electric or gas water heaters?
A. Solar water heaters are generally more efficient than electric water heaters and can be comparable to gas water heaters in terms of efficiency.

Q. What will be backup time?
A. Backup always depends on the connected Load
Q. What appliances can an inverter power?
A. An inverter can power various appliances depending on its capacity (wattage rating). Common appliances like laptops, computers, TVs, smartphones, tablets, lights, fans, small kitchen appliances (e.g., microwaves, toasters), refrigerators (with high-capacity inverters), power tools and medical equipment.
Q. What are the common types of inverter batteries?
A. Lead acid & Lithium-Ion battery are the two main inverter battery options.
Q. Is the inverter solar compatible?
A. Solar compatible inverters are available in Soliz & Solar PCU series.
Q. How do I choose the right size inverter?
A. The size of the inverter depends on the total wattage of the appliances you plan to run simultaneously. It's recommended to choose an inverter with a slightly higher wattage capacity than your total load.
Q. How do I connect a battery to an inverter?
A. The connection process varies depending on the inverter model. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions. Generally, it involves connecting the positive and negative terminals of the battery to the corresponding terminals on the inverter.
Q. How do I maintain an inverter?
A. Regular cleaning and checking for loose connections are essential. For long- term performance, follow the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines.
Q. What is the lifespan of an inverter?
