After starting the first unit of Hykon Electronics systems in 1991 to manufacturing water level controller and Inverters, a separate manufacturing unit Hykon Power ElectronicsPvt Ltd was started in the year 1996.Also we started a spate company for the sales and service of Hykon Products namely Hykon Marketing systems Pvt Ltd. Later the name changed to Hykon India Pvt Ltd
As a part of diversification, Hykon started Hykon InfoTech for website designating and software development in the year 1998
Also in 1998, started Hykon Transcripts Pvt Ltd – for Medical and Business transcription. Hykon Solar Energy Pvt Ltd started in the year 2009 at Coimbatore – for manufacturing ETC solar water heaters.
As a part of joining all companies, Hykon Electronics systems were closed and joined to Hykon Power Electronics Pvt Ltd. Then in 2017 all three companies joined to Hykon India Pvt Ltd and made into a single entity as Hykon India Ltd.
In 2018, as we decided to spread our wings to north east and Western India, we started 2nd Solar water heaters manufacturing factory at Pune. , Maharashtra.
To fulfil the dream of agriculture and organic farming, made a company named Crops India Biotech Pvt Ltd in the year 2006. The company is engaged in to Mangosteen fruit farming and High density teak plantations.
As a part of restructuring activity and to concentrate bigger projects in Solar Power, in 2017 the Solar Power plants’ business had been made into a separate company Solgen Energy Pvt Ltd. It’s a joint venture with Elite Group of Company.
